This website, adrenalinebooks.in, is operated by ("we", "us"), publisher of books under the Adrenaline MedEd and names. By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell printed medical reference books authored by Dr. Vishal Gabale. These books are educational resources for medical students and professionals and are not a substitute for independent clinical judgement. Images are representative; cover designs may change between print runs.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but the price charged is the one shown at the time you place your order. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.
Order acceptance
An order is confirmed when payment is successful. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a book is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping, cancellation and refunds
These are governed by our shipping policy and cancellation & refund policy.
Intellectual property
All book content, text, mind maps, images and this website are copyrighted. You may not copy, scan, reproduce or distribute any part of the books without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
