Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India through our courier partners (via Shiprocket). You can check your pincode on any book page before ordering. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within of successful payment, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas and the North-East may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on all orders within India unless a delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive the courier name and tracking number by SMS/email. You can also track it on our track order page using your order number and mobile number.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the parcel is returned to us. We can reship it once the shipping cost is paid again, or refund the book value minus the two-way shipping cost.
